Delivery Charges and Time Frames
Our delivery charges are based on the quantity, size and value of you purchase as well as your delivery destination and preferred delivery method. Your delivery charges are calculated and shown to you at the checkout stage of your purchase.
While we make every effort to align ourselves with excellent delivery partners, there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. Delivery time varies depending on your location and your shipping address. If you are within Australia the estimated time from shipment can be up to 7 - 10 days.
We make every effort to ensure the delivery calculation is accurate, however, under certain circumstances the calculated postage/delivery cost may be not cover the actual delivery costs. Under these circumstances we reserve the right to not proceed with the order. Instead we will contact you and inform you of the actual cost and give you the option of proceeding with the revised delivery charges, or cancelling your order.

Delivery Time Frames
Our delivery turn around time ranges from 1 day to 7 days depending on your location. We process orders Monday to Friday and endeavour to ship the same day or the following day from when we receive your order.
We place a high importance on security and confidentiality. We have put measures in place to ensure that any personal or credit card details, do not fall into the wrong hands. We employ extensive security measures using secure encrypted links and proven encryption methods to keep your payment details safe.
Due to the nature of the product we supply, we can only accept returns in limited situations where there was a problem with the product at the time it was delivered to you.
We take a lot of pride in the quality of products that we ship to our customers and we personally inspect the condition of our lingerie and other products before they are shipped. In the unlikely event that you receive any damaged or faulty goods, then we want to know about it so we can rectify the situation. We need to be notified of this within 3 days of your purchase arriving so we can arrange a replacement product or a refund.
We are happy to replace your order or provide a full refund where the product arrived in a faulty condition.
We are happy to exchange lingerie and non-hosiery lingerie items for different sizes if you choose the wrong size or colour, under the following conditions:
1. The item is returned unworn and in its original condition with the original product and price tags.
2. Either sale receipts or other order identification details will be required
3. Additional postage may be charged.
In these instances, please contact us immediately to arrange the return of your goods. Shopping on the Internet is at your own risk, and the final decision is always yours! Management has the right to refuse further exchanges were the customer has requested another size or style that fits and proves not.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of hosiery and packadged shapewear because of incorrect size or colour choice. Please choose these items carefully wisely, refunds and exchanges will not be made.
In Australia: For Australia Post posted items, please keep the original packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem you can repack the item and write RETURN TO SENDER on the packaging. This will avoid additional postal charges to you.
